Our Backend team is responsible for developing and maintaining our cloud environment
on Microsoft Azure using many different technologies.
The job is defined as 60% Hand On in writing code and 40% coaching the team.
In this role, you will:
- Lead by example a team of developers at different levels.
- Have end-to-end ownership in designing, coding, enhancing, and testing our backend services and products.
- Be responsible for delivering products that serve thousands of users all over the world
- Coach the team for better coding standards and technology improvements
Required Skills and Experience:
- B.Sc. degree in Computer Science/ Engineering or equivalent military experience (MAMRAM/8200)
- 1+ years as a Team Leader
- 6+ years of professional coding experience mainly with C#, ASP.NET, .NET Core
- Highly experienced with Object-Oriented Development
- Good knowledge of SQL
- Experience working with cloud and in scale preferred with Microsoft Azure
- Experienced in cross-platform development (Advantage).
- A logical, analytical and creative approach to problems
- A meticulous and organized approach to work.
- Experience with DevOps tasks on Azure platform is a big advantage.
